Mike Holloway the Salt Lake manager is very unprofessional, he didn't want to listen to my concerns about the product that we paid over $2,000 for that is not working, Mike hung up the phone on me. Horrible customer service. Horrible product that does not work. I still have leaking gutters worse than before. They use sub contractors that only get a 2 day in class room training to install the product. The Salt Lake manager over the installers Mike Holloway is very unprofessional. I finally was able to talk to him today after 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of a manger to fix the leaking gutter problem that is causing a major safety issue at my house with ice all up my stairs to my front door. Mike didn't listen to me or my safety issue. I asked him if I could talk to his boss and he told me he didn't have a boss, that he was his own boss. I guess he didn't like me asking to talk to his boss because he hung up on me after I asked if I could talk to his boss. Very unprofessional Mike Holloway, you never hang up on a customer, especially when that customer has spent a lot of money for the company product. After Mike hung up on me I called the call service center again and they told me Mike didn't want to talk to me anymore. I asked the call service lady if she could get me on the phone with Mike's boss so I could talk to him. Funny Mike, guess what? You have a boss. I was able to talk to him and I finally after 2 weeks of try to get someone over to my house to fix the leak problem we have a schedule appointment tomorrow. Mike has been reported for his unprofessional approach and I hope the company reprimands him for it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY AND THEIR HORRIBLE PRODUCT!

The installer did an excellent job and cleaned up to my satisfaction. At my suggestion, he took pictures of the finished product installed. I wanted to know that I got the product I paid for. Pleased with all the discounts that I got; otherwise I would not have done the project. Sales rep, Nick was very well informed about the product and worked with me to get me the best price.

Sales, Trevor, came out, inspected my gutters and then sat down with me to explain the product. After doing my own research and talking with him, we came to an accord. The job was done the next morning. Installer was very professional and courteous, and he checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with his work before leaving. Great job all around.

Quite expensive but they were very professional. Good product, good installation, speedy service. I am 80 years old so this will be the last time I have to be concerned about my gutters. All work guaranteed for one year.
