Write a ReviewThe representative comes to my home I hire him takes 30 min for him to get his password to do my contract tells me the work would be done in about a week he will call me the next day I called him 5 different times with no return call back then finally called the main number to find out it will be 5 weeks until they come and I made it clear the project needed to be done ASAP the gutter is broken in half! to make things worst I wait those 5 weeks they come out to tell me they are unable to do the job I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

My installers did not call me until they had all but completed the job. I was expecting them to call as they were on the way. It was recommended by the salesman to extend the left end of the driveway gutter. When I got home, the installers said that they could not unscrew the eye bolt that held the old cable wire. therefore couldn't extend the gutter to the end of the roof. So when the rain came, I could see it splashing down beyond the gutter and past the downspout. I had problems with trash in my front gutters because of close by pine and magnolia trees. I understood that the reason for my foundation problems were because water was not running off the roof and through the downspouts away from the house properly. This made sense to me. I had forgotten about the run off from the deep V formation in my roofline. Any experienced roofer or gutter person could see that there was a gap in guttering in the V corners. There are insufficient guards. If it's all about controlling the water run off to preserve the foundation, this important detail should be addressed in every install. The installers could have included these while they were up there. The amount of metal left over would have been more than enough. We had a downpour on Monday and the rain completely by-passed the gutters and washed over the newly installed gutter guards onto the driveway. Gutters were not sufficient do to a lack of corner guards. Rain water still rolled around and under and landed on my front porch like it did before my old gutters were sealed and covered. At this expense, it should not be just about keeping trash out of the gutters. Best channeling of water is what it's all about. l can see that the driveway gutter spout will need an extender which I will install once we get the rain to go into the gutter. This is not a big deal, but the installers left pine needles, etc on my front steps and on my azalea bushes. A blower or a broom in their truck would have come in handy.

The salesman worked with us on the cost. Disappointed with first installer. He came alone and would not go on top of the roof to complete the job. Second installer came out next day to finish. Then after first rain. all of the corners I asked leaked, A3rd installer had to come out!!

I had to cancel the appointment and said I would call to reschedule if still interested. The company has continued to pester me daily with phone calls from a variety of offices trying to get me to reschedule. This is ridiculous! Get the hint when I do not call you back. STOP CALLING.
