The price was exorbitant, but the work was excellent. The cleanup afterwards left a lot to be desired. Remnants of screens, and particles of mud blown out of the gutters or off the roof were superficially swept and needed more attention. Ultimately I will not be able to assess the value of the work until next autumn when the leaves accumulate on the roof.

2 July 2021. Provider/installer showed up. Did not have right ladder. Said no one told him he needed a helper, so he didn't have one. Left. Haven't heard from the company since. Gutter still not done.

Terrible experience! We had a signed contract with them. They wanted to walk on our tile roof to make the job easier and they requested we sign a document releasing them from liability for damage to our roof. This was not in the original contract. It was not professional or ethical and it seemed that they were attempting to take advantage of us to save their company time and money. The whole experience was very unpleasant, unprofessional and a complete waste of our time. We do not recommend this company.
