They had an excuse why their crew couldn;t make it to our appointment two times. The third time, they didnt show up or call at all! We called them back to cancel the order and get our down payment back. They say a manager will call us but never does. They are giving us the run around. We spent good money on NO GUTTERS.

If I had not been here, I would never have known anyone had been here. I rated them high as the operator was fast, little noise with no mess at all. I cannot see the gutters unless I climb a ladder so won't really know the efficiency until it rains or blows leaves around. The representative was quite convincing so can hope I chose the right product. I did have to wait. Was told the TOA was 9-12. He showed up at 1:30!

I'm a first year home owner and I completely forgot how delicate gutters are. I was calling originally to find someone to just clean, but Leaf Filter called me first when I posted the job, so I decided to hear them out. The salesman was wonderfully polite and regularly uses a drone to get a good idea of what conditions are for the gutters, he did not use it for my house, but told me that he believed they could really help me out. He did his sales pitch and sold me on the idea. I was even able to get next day instillation. The guys were a little late getting here but they got at my house around 3:30 and they didn't leave until 7:40. They got it done and it is a relief to know that I have a lifetime warranty. They were especially careful when cleaning out the gutters, not to throw the debris onto my patio furniture.

The service was done very professional right down to the clean up. I would definitely recommend the company especially the tech. who came to my home whose name I can't remember.
