Job was done correctly. Team arrived 30 minutes later than 4 hour window. Although they did well there was a bit of a disconnect in communication, as only one person, (the foreman?) spoke any English but not very well. If I use them again in the future, I will insist on having a foreman with a strong command of the English language. After the job was done, I was presented with a certificate of completion indicating all the bullet points about the job that should have been reviewed prior to the work starting. None of these were reviewed. I will also be reviewing this with the vendor.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
