The service man was on time as scheduled, did a thorough job, was friendly, efficient. And he cleaned my porch skylights too. The only reason I rated the value as 3 stars is because I do not have many gutters but this seemed to be a minimum charge. I am completely satisfied.

The young man that installed it and did a good job. The salesman (Dave) was a charmer but has not responded to my emails about the warranty. I need the paperwork to register my product. He only sent me the same information I found online. The cost was exorbitant compared to everyone else when I got other estimates from their competitors. Quick to get to me but can't get a response after the work.

Very friendly installer. However, area cleanup could have been more thorough. Gutter debris and old gutter mounting hardware not removed from deck and porch.

The guy did not clean off the whole patio roof! I spent a big money. I felt cheated for not doing the whole cleaning job!
