Must have been misunderstanding, but they didn't do what we expected. Worker was only hear for about 15-20 minutes. Maybe cleaned 10% of what we expected and worker (who was a nice guy) broke one of our solar lights in the process. Complete waste of nearly $200.

l wound up ordering new gutters. Will look into having the filters installed next year...too pricey to do both this year.

I specifically asked for and contacted them for gutter cleaning and one seam repair. They sent over a salesman who was very pleasant and knowledgeable but he said they donâ t do clean outs. Eventually he sold me on the filter that prevents clogs and any future cleanouts. I was receptive to buying into this. Otherwise I would not have been happy with a sales pitch for something I didnâ t ask for. I got this company through Home Advisor and again, I wanted just a clean out but am very happy to get Leaf Filter. There was a mixup with the scheduling but the project manager rectified the situation to my satisfaction and the workers came the next day. Project manager in the office was Jim and he was very polite, apologetic, and accommodating. My salesman Joshua Arnoux was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. He worked with me on the price which I appreciated.

Very satisfied. Inspector did miss one gutter in his estimate. We had to spend an extra $400 beyond the initial estimate.
