There was some back and forth with scheduling the actual installation, but the person who quoted the project and the installer were great. This is just week 2 of having it installed, so I have to wait to see how the next big storm will be, but I am looking forward to testing this out!

The company representative that came to measure everything for the system was very professional and helpful in deciding which route was best for my home.
