Sales rep Mark was great and informative and helpful my only issue was with the guys who came out to do the job. Upon leaving they left debris around the exterior of my house and also left hug chunks of the product in my roof. Someone saw it and was kind enough to go up and collect it for me had it not been for them that debris could have flown off in a storm and hurt someone or do property damage. More attention to cleanup needs to be taken.

I hired this company to clean gutters and downspouts along with a signed contract on a given date to state the service(s). I called the week of the scheduled services to confirmed my scheduled date. This company did not perform the work on that day and did not call to notify me of any changes. Once I called the following week to inquire about why the services were not performed, I was informed of new service date; something I would have never known of a new date had I not called. I canceled my services at that moment with this company due to a lack of professionalism and communication.

I just wanted to have someone clean my second floor gutters because it is difficult for me to get up there. A high pressure salesman came out and sold me on new gutters (which did need to be replaced) and their leaf filters (expensive). Don’t get me wrong, I am quite pleased with the new gutters and the leaf filter works fairly well (the maple seeds still stack up on them). I would recommend them for what they are; just not for what my project was intended to be at the start.

Eric was incredible. Not only did he do a fantastic job with the gutters, but he identified a number of other issues, gave full, thorough explanations with photos/videos and had very reasonable fixes.
