I booked the job with this company and they never showed up. Two weeks later with roughly a dozen calls to the local office and an 800 number and cannot get anyone to return my calls. Literally no contact with the local office despite multiple messages that I left. Do not bother with this company, too expensive and has poor customer service.

I hired this company to work on my 87 year old mother's gutters. The sales rep was very kind to her and spent a lot of time discussing the gutters. Although I wasn't able to be there that day, my Mom felt comfortable signing an agreement. I had a few concerns, though. 1) After the quote was given, my Mom presented a coupon for discounts to which the sales rep replied those discounts were already included. However, the math on her invoice didn't add up. 2) The two men who installed the gutters worked very hard and quickly, but one spoke no English and the other spoke very little, while my mom and I only speak English, so it was really hard to ask questions or understand what was going on. 3) From the ground, it was impossible to know what the finished product looks like because, of course, they are on the roof of the house - in some cases, 3 stories up. They did remove little shrubs that were growing in parts of the gutter and it LOOKS like something was installed over the tops of the gutters. I wish we could have seen photos or maybe been able to have a conversation with the installers. These were NOT inexpensive, so my Mom and I are both hoping all is well;.

I did not even know he was there, no receipt, no call saying he was there, will be there or when he would be there. I has to ask someone to check to see if the gutters were cleaned.
