Write a ReviewA subcontractor did the work. Once fascia board was replaced, he was supposed to reattach gutters so they would drain properly. He did not adjust the slope on one gutter on the driveway side of the house, where we have a handicap ramp. It rained the day of the work, and water collected in the gutter and could not drain, thus allowing a leak to develop. I called LeafFilter and was given an appointment for an adjustment/repair on May 11. (The work was done on April 28.) While at a doctors appointment, I received a call from someone from LeafFilter on the morning of May 1st. He was at our house, looking for the leak. I described where it was. When we arrived home, almost two hours later, he was just leaving, having corrected the problem gutter, lowering one end so it would drain properly. We are extremely satisfied with the prompt service. There has not been a leak since. Insofar as expense is concerned, it seemed like a lot to pay for the work we were having done, but they were the contractor who could replace the fascia board, seal the gutters, and re-anchor them.
Excellent but expensive product. Only time will tell if it was really worth the investment. The crew was polite, but we were disappointed that they did not clean up nearly as well as we were told they would. Debris from the gutters was thrown in the flower beds and lawn, not carried away as promised. They even left one if the old gutter guards laying there. They had to borrow our leaf blower to clean up the front walkway. You would think they would have their own!
he worked hard.
somewhat expensive
I'm hopeful that this is a permanent fix. I hope the guarantee is excellent. Was very expensive for what was accomplished.
Send one guy out to clean my gutters. Got me locked to a contract where I overpaid. Then I had to help the guy carry the ladder all around my house to get the work done.
A very competitive price. They put in a leaf filter in the areas where trees were dropping their leaves. They also reinforced the gutters to ensure the gutters would catch the snow and rain runoff. Lastly, they cleaned all the gutters. I gave them 4 of 5 for customer service only because the scope of work was not clearly communicated between the sales person and the actual worker. Otherwise, everything seems good and just waiting for the first rain to see how the gutters perform.
A good choice,
