Write a ReviewWe had LeafFilter installed on our home in the Seattle area. After 4 months, the filter became clogged with a fine green moss. When I contacted LeafFilter about the issue, their solution was to send me a brush to clean the screen. After three years, I was spending more time cleaning the filter than I would to clean the cutters and I cut the filter off. I would be careful about installing this product in a moist environment like the Puget Sound area.

This job was pricey, but the quality of materials and the installation process was excellent. The many different people necessary to communicate with to set up the job made it more difficult then need be .

Leaf Relief no doubt does awesome work, but I'm not commenting on that directly here. This is mostly a customer service review. I say they do great work because when I contacted them they were booked up for over a week, but we scheduled it. The owner asked me to contact them if I found someone else to do the work in the meantime because I said I was really concerned since we were going to get a lot of rain. I did find someone that could do it sooner, but, you guessed it, totally forgot to contact Leaf Filter GP! So, they came out as scheduled. I was away at the time, but came back to a bill for the work. Because the error was my own for not contacting them AS AGREED, I was willing to pay the bill, but after talking with the owner, I told him I should at least pay for the time and transportation, so the owner graciously offered a lower amount to cover his costs. He did not have to do this, but because he did, I would gladly do business with his company in the future. Highly recommended! Excellent customer service!
