First pair of men came out and were unprepared for the job, had short ladders and no experience with install. Had to call a supervisor. Three months later, filters sank into gutters and I called company. Supervisor came out right away, assessed the problem and fixed it himself. The product works although it does get covered by ice in the winter but then they all do. Overall I’d say the work was just average although once installed properly, the product works.
