They do not return phone calls. They scheduled the work without consulting me. The did not meet the terms of the sales agreement. Would not recommend these people!
Jerry is an amazing person to work with. Bill did a wonderful job putting the door in
We love our vinyl Kraft windows. they look amazing and we can feel the difference already . Infinity is the place to go for new windows
We hired infinity to replace all of our windows in our home. They estimated 6 weeks to start and it would be a 2-day project. It took over a year to complete. From incorrectly ordered window sizes on 2 windows, sending one man every single time to install 13 windows, leaving the outside exposed in between causing leaking into our home causing additional repairs and painting. The window installer attempted to show up twice to repair drywall/paint twice unannounced. We refused and insisted on a painting company repair the damage. (They did subtract the cost of those from our total.) Our ONLY saving grace was being cash customers and not financed so they wanted the rest of their money. We feel if we ever need warranty work on the Windows it will never get done or resolved. Do not trust other ratings or reviews. Do other research :/
Installer did a very good job . Job inspector before job did very good job . Sales estimator was less than I would have expected in accuracy of job estimate.
Wonderful staff. The sales guy was amazing very knowledgeable. The guy who did the work ed very hard and the gutter helmet looks amazing
problems from the beginning. Very difficult to get this outfit to follow through and repair what they damaged. Owner became very rude when I insisted on completion and repair to my satisfaction.
We had a leak and needed it repaired. For some reason I don't like rain coming in and soaking my plaster ceiling. We were given a window of four weeks before the job could start. Five weeks later, after I called and left a message, we received a note saying that they hadn't forgotten about us and we'd be taken care of soon. The following week, we were scheduled for the next Friday. During that time it rained, a lot. Friday came and a voicemail left telling me that we had been rescheduled for the next Friday. More rain followed during the next week. Guess what? Another voicemail on Friday telling us that we been bumped again because of the rain. The same rain that was still coming into my house. I called and asked for a refund of the 50% deposit they had collected. Shockingly, a "crew" was being made available to take care of the job the following Monday. Weird, I know. The crew was one man and the job was to take one day. It didn't. It took two because the installer had been shorted on the amount of shingles he needed to actually finish the job. When he finished the next day, I asked if he'd found the leak and how bad it had been. "I didn't know anything about a leak but did see some soft and spongy wood up there" he said. "So what did you do to fix it?" I asked. "Oh the new roof will take care of it." So the reason that I contracted with them hadn't been addressed by the installer because he didn't know about it. The following week, without any kind of follow up from Infinity, we were charged for the remaining balance. I'm not happy about the solution to my problem nor the treatment of the situation. The total amount for the job was just shy of the Veteran's Administration disability payment that I get each month. That's my entire income by the way, as I'm 100% disabled. That's why I hired a company that I was told was veteran owned. I now can't find anything to back that claim up. I'm beginning to ramble and will close with this. I'm not pleased and would caution anybody with a "small and simple job" to look elsewhere for help.
