Write a ReviewA horrible experience. When I scheduled the appointment I stated that I would be meeting with a rep alone. When he arrived he had to cancel the appointment until my husband could be present too. At the meeting with my husband present, we paid $600 to have a gutter replaced. The new gutter is leaking water from 2 places. They have sent someone to our home about 5 times and the gutter is still leaking in 2 places right where we come down the stairs to get into our vehicles. This causes ice to build up in March & April. They have ignored ours calls and not responded to our voicemail messages. I had to go through their operator and explain that we've been trying to reach Devonte or any other service representative to resolve this matter. We have paid $600 for a service repair. We are very disappointed with the work and customer service that we have received. We feel jilted?? We will not be recommending Infinity Home Improvement to anyone. I would like to mention that Aaron....the representative that came to our home to sell us the gutters did show good customer service.
This was the only company that responded to me! They called right away to set up the appointment. The job was completed within a few weeks but haven'theard anything else from them. Guess no feedback is good enough for them.
They came in and did the work, removed a bath tub and replaced with a shower. Cleaned up after themselves and we're polite.
Portion of ceiling installed began to sag within a year. Called for repair and someone was sent out to take pictures. I was told someone would call to schedule repair in three to four weeks. That was early November 2017; no call. I have been calling since April 2, 2018 and no one will return my call. Poor customer service.
Crew did a great job demo and installing a new shower in just 1.5 days. They protected the floors in the house while working and cleaned up after complete.
I was surprised that the "crew" sent to install the gutters turned out to be one guy who did all the work himself. I was also surprised that he came for a few hours over several dats. But, the job got done, they look great, and hopefully will last a long time.
The four person crew arrived early. They were done in an hour and a half. The gutters look great and they hauled away the old gutters. It's hasn't rained yet, therefore they have not been tested. I'll be back should there be a leak. Happy for now.
I was pleased on how fast the deck project took. I will use this company again
