It is really hard to communicate with this company, I paid half down and was told I was being put on the list, 3rd, Another employee came out and took more measurements said I was 3rd on the list, I called 2 1/2 weeks later the man I talked with had no idea who I was, then checked the calendar and said it would be in 2 weeks..a lot longer than I was told since I was 3rd on the list, Then was called and time set up, all ready for them...tore out was I was told to tear out...then called and said they had to push back it back til the following week. The two workers,Jim and Max, showed up ready to work and were so professional, they looked over the job and said they couldn't do it the way the salesman and the other man said. I called the salesman, told him I wasn't happy, he came out wanted to pull the service wire out of the garage to re locate the conduits so they could do it the way he said it could be done.....finally after Jim and Max looked it over they figured a way to do it how I wanted. It costs $2000 more than the other bids I got, but alot of frustration with the sales person, he didn't seem as knowledgable as he seemed. Jim and Max did a great job, I would hire them in a heartbeat, but not this company

We had Gutter Helmet installed a few years ago on part of our house. Every year they call and ask if we are having any problems and if we want to have the rest of the gutters covered. We tell them about the problems that we are having - leaks over the three porches. They agree to do a service call and set up a time. They insist that both husband and wife are home at that time. A supervisor calls back shortly to verify the appointment but says that the appointment is to do an energy analysis and will take one hour. When we tell them that we don't want an energy analysis, sometimes they agree to just come and do the service call but at other times say that the service call will cost $99. The two times that they agreed to come to do a free service call, they never showed up and did not call to cancel the appointment. We were satisfied with the gutter guards when they were first installed and recommended Gutter Helmet to one of our friends. Subsequently they had Gutter Helment installed on all their eaves troughs. We were supposed to receive something like $500 or more for making the referral. We received nothing. They said that they had made a presentation to our friends. However, our friends agreed to have the gutter guards installed after and because of our recommendation - not because or after the presentation by Infinity.

They came in worked hard got it done and cleaned up after themselves. We felt it was expensive though.

OK work when it was done.Still had to clean up several times- as nails were all over the place. If I get a Flat Tire- will not be happy!
