Write a ReviewOnce they arrived, they were quick and efficient. They showed up late with no call due to vehicle trouble. Stated they contacted their business to call and let us know, but no call. We tried to call, left msg and no return call.

They came promptly and did what they said they would do. My wood was rotten and they were able to repair this for a reasonable fee.
I gave a good amount of money and agreed to my intent to move forward with my project. Salesman was professional and convincing. That was 9 weeks ago. In the past 2 weeks Ive asked for a status update and a phone call. No reply. Ive filed a dispute with Mastercard as goods and/or services not delivered. I sent a note to the company regarding my intent to pull my project and return my money. I saw a missed call from my salesman within a few hours of my note. Guess I got they're attention now. When my requests went unanswered, I feared scam. I expect better communication from the salesman and company since theyve had my money since June. Thought Infinity would be better than the competion but turns out they are all alike. Disappointed, frustrated and annoyed.
Terrible installation and nonexistent service after the sale. They damaged my bathroom door and ceiling, and left a mess of scrap wood and metal in my front yard. Calking cracked and it was the wrong color (see my photos on my google review). The absolutely refused to return my calls requesting service (no one ever answered at the service department, and I always had to leave a voice message). I had to file complaints with the GR BBB to get any action which took anywhere from 2-6 months.

Hired to remove a tiny shower and a garden tub, replacing each respectively with a large walk-in shower and storage shelving. The workmanship and finish appears amateur at best. When I pointed out that the new shower seat held water, I was told they had to use the wall, and if it was not true, then there was nothing they could do... this is despite the fact that one of the two shower walls was built, from scratch, by them. The floor of the new "closet" is ½" OSB laid over the existing subfloor, extending 2" outside the bi-fold door they installed, which is going to make installing the new flooring a nightmare. They don't seem to care, since they used the original consent for the first payment to also charge off the balance, so as far as they're concerned, they're done with it. We never even had a walkthru after they called the work done as the salesman promised, just an overdrawn credit card when they took their money and ran.
Do not use infinity home improvement. Hired them to install gutters, trim and siding on my home. Set up a date a month in advance and 2 days prior stated they couldnt start on that date but could 3 days later. I told them unacceptable due to my wife having cancer and getting someone to care for her and I already made the 4hr Drive to the house. They came 2 days later. Not a full crew, 1 guy and an apprentice. They were pretty good. I found 23 items wrong on siding and trim and didnt het my 5 inch gutters I payed for. They ran out of material, came back a week later to finish. I drove 4 hrs back up there to find trim overhanging windows, poor bends, wrong gutters, pencil marks all over siding, cedar shakes face nailed and cut too short. Didnt get what I payed for. Now I have to drive another 4hrs back to meet with installers and see if they can make it right. Can only stay a couple days then go home to chemo with wife. Then drive back 4 hrs to see if it is right. I can tell anybody, call the finance company you deal with and tell them not to release any funds till job is complete. They took $10,000 of the money before they ever started. They wont get another penny till done correctly. I already contacted my attorney.
get everything you order in writing and a picture of the fixtures if possible also read the whole contract to see if it only protects the company and not you. also do not fall for the hard sell.
