Write a ReviewEverything went as planned. Once we decided to install the gutter helmet, the work was plannned and done on the promised date.
Told by salesperson representative from Infinity Home Improvement, Inc. would come out to measure and go over install with us. We received call from install but no one came out to measure and re-check. Install dates set back twice because they did not have needed product for install. When install arrived they went over everything with owner because Infinity Home Improvement, Inc. did not provide them with drawing and instructions for install. The Install folks worked well once on site and completed the job paying attention to detail. The install folks were very professional and would do business again with Infinity.

So far we are pleased with your rep, Drew Schau, he is very knowledgeable of the product, explains everything, and answers any and all questions we have. The only thing we would like is a more definite date of installation. Perhaps a follow-up phone call to let us know what progress is being made on our work in progress.
Salesman was topnotch- offered price with discount if we could find another acrylic tub for less. When I did, they did not want to honor it (finally did 1 wk after install). Installers forgot to tell us that tub cracked on 1st installation. New tub installed- looks wonderful.
When the installers arrived I did show them my bath the Handle tub/shower fixture Delta model #144910 they said that it was not on the contract they could not install. I explained the salesman (Randall Gabrys) told me if I bough the fixture the installers would install it. Randall told me that they use Moen but sell them at a markup so I would be better off if I got my own to have installed. I was ready to send them away. I called Randall Gabrys and got his voice mail I left a message. I then called Brian Installation manager; talked to him and told him the same thing I told the installers. No one called me back. I am not happy.
Very friendly and professional. Considerate of property, took weather conditions into consideration to prevent any possible damage and installation was very prompt.
Danny is a very polite and hard working individual. I am very pleased with his work.
The service was excellent and the finished product was beautiful. The price was better than other estimates. I highly recommend them!!
