There were problems immediately, and they stopped returning my calls.

Did very poor workmanship, did not expect the windows to be installed when they saw the mold, and had multiple opportunities to make right.

Not very knowledgeable on product and was lied to several times also. Installers were good but support for product kind of stinks. Contractors were given a different product than that which was ordered and installed and now has to be replaced. The salesman sold us top of the line model and then when he wrote down on order gave us a lower model. We asked if our hot water heater was big enough and first time used ran out of hot water and then we called the manufacturer and they told us we needed a bigger hot water heater to support walk-in tub. Been pretty stressful so far, hopefully, get resolved.

The skylight went in with in 2 weeks, they cleaned up very good.

I went to the HomeAdvisor website to look for contractors to do the deck work I needed and NO one would call me back. Nick was at my sisters in Riverdale MI and she gave him my number and NIck called and got the ball rolling. Johnathan did the work and did a great job. I would hire him again.

From Jerry, the salesman, to Bill, the project manager, this company is riddled with terrible service and corruption. I would never recommend of use this company ever again. We hired Infinity to complete a bathtub installation. They guaranteed us a custom tub that would fit in the space we had, that was anti-microbial with little to no upkeep, and the bathtub of our dreams all for $6,470 cash. Fast forward to THREE month later, not only was the tub NOT the size we were promised, but they installed trim along the bottom of the tub and the floor to cover the gap in the floor tiling. We called to complain and get some sort of recovery for not receving the product we were promised and paid for. A month later, Bill came out and SWORE at us in our own home that we got a custom tub even though it wasnt the size he promised. He admitted to his fault and did nothing to make up for it. Within a week, the caulking started to come off along the tub. We called again, a few weeks went by and Bill came back, bragged about his caulking skills. Two weeks later, the white caulk turned yellow. Obviously not using the correct type of caulk for a tub. Six months later a customer service rep, Brenda, called asking how our experience was and we told her how awful it was and how we would never use or recommend this service to anyone. She apologized and said she would be in touch by the end of the week to see what she could do. That was two months ago and we havent heard from Brenda or anyone else. EVery time I look at this tub (every day) I am sick to my stomach because we spent so much money on this tub and it is discolored, not anti-microbial, and not big enough to immerse yourself in and it certainly doesnt fit in the space and is not custom built as promised. Please dont hire this company for any services. If Bill or Jerry come to your door, lock it!

The workers were polite and caring about how they were doing. For only two men doing the job, they made excellent progress on a day to day basis. They continued to keep us informed as they did the job. Can't say enough about there quality work.

Looks great and work was completed to our satisfaction!
