The crew they sent did a really nice job on the replacement of our deck. They worked some long days in blistering heat and rain to finish the job. They were courteous and I would hire them again. The only reason I gave a 4.5 for customer service is the office is lax about returning calls.

Bill did snow damage repair quickety split. Threw in pounding down backed out nail bubbling up shingle, He showed me phone pics of repair, was too far up for me to see what he did. Keep him of file for future use.

They did a great job communicating, planning, executing the job. Two things made it less than excellent: 1) They failed to show up on the first scheduled date without notifying us; 2) the price was pretty high for what they did.

Customer Service not good, never returns calls or finish the project. They started on 11/1/13 and still not done as of 2/25/14. They don't do a professional job. Half finish. Doesn't take 4 months to finish the project. COST WAY TOO MUCH FOR WHAT YOU GET. NEVER GET THE DO A JOB AGAIN. NOT PROFESSIONAL ON PROJECT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

No one tried to over-sell us....just to repair the prior omissions on the roof and increase the ventilation and insulation to avoid problems in the future. Very competent and instructional.

Great product and great quality on the installation. A little pricy though. Also not real pro-active on keeping you informed regarding when the product will be complete and ready to install and when the installation will take place. Several install dates were changed (for legitimate reasons) but we did not receive notice. The installers simply didn't show up and we had to call both times to figure out what was going on.

Recommend the company/ not recommend the salesman. Salesman knew we would be using insurance money to help pay for project. He left NO cost breakdown of project. We had nothing to show the insurance company. We phoned salesman to send us the breakdown - received nothing.from him. After a week of waiting, our Insurance agent contacted someone from the company who got the information for them. One piece of paper he DID leave was a checklist for his use only. ????
