I am living a nightmare! They scheduled, then moved it. They showed up at Noon and never left until after 1AM. They bowed out and broke through a wall trying to reduce a very important gas vent pipe that was behind the original tub unit. They cut through my deck floor , not just the subfloor trying to make room for the new shower pan that had to go in (you can pull back the carpet and see the workroom downstairs!) so it looks like the edge of the pan is resting on airspace in some spots! They put OSB board on the walls behind the shower after the salesman sold us on greenboard. They did not install any supports for the handicap chair we ordered or the 2 grab bars. None of the 4 shelves drain any water off of them (a 3 oz dixie cup of water just collects to the back of each shelf. One of the walls is scratched. There is a contrasting color piece of something up at the edge of the ceiling that matches nothing else in the shower. They never hooked that gas pipe back together, just left it! Now they are not returning my phone messages! It has been over 10 days since Bill, the Project Manager paid us a visit to discuss our complaints. For a price tag of over $7000, we expected A-1 work and not this crap. We contacted our building inspector and they pulled neither a plumbing permit or building permit for this job. And we were told my the salesman that all the workers were theirs, but the guy who was actually here told my husband he was a sub contractor who owned his own business! Buyers Beware!!!

The downspout was installed improperly across the sidewalk and was not corrected after I asked him to fix it.

Response from Company:

We have been out to this customers home 3 times to meet with him and change his downspout location. Each time he has not answered the door and when we talk to him later he acknowledges that he sees our tracks in his driveway , but just didn't hear us. We are going again on Saturday 2-11-17.

They go by the old rule " measure twice, cut once ". I thought they had a perfect fit for what I was looking for. They are very professional and detail oriented about the way things are done. I would highly recommend Infinity to anyone who is looking for quality, well priced and professionally done home improvement.

I hired these guys to do a partial gutter install back in mid October. At that time, the salesman contacted the installer, who assured him that he could match my current gutter color with no problem. Three weeks later, he showed up to do the job, found out that he had no match for my current color, then left without so much as a phone call. A series of one sided phone calls happened (me calling the company with no return call from the installer). When I finally got in contact with the installer, he determined that my only solution was to purchase a full set of gutters - which I did, nearly doubling my previous purchase price. I have paid for half of the cost and had three different appointments where the installer didn't call and/or didn't show up. I had to report the company to a well known bureau after two full months of not getting this situation resolved and my having to deal with constant leaking in the basement due to my current gutter failure. Only after I contacted that well known bureau did I get a call from Infinity (instead of me having to call them). I had a fourth appointment yesterday, but the installer again left without performing the work. The claim was that his generator was not operating. He's supposed to return today to use my power source...so unprofessional! Steer clear of this company. I'm not sure if this is all a rip off or if these people are really that incompetent!
