I have been waiting 5 months for them to power wash and treat my deck. No phone calls from them on status. I have landscapers coming to my home and I have been postponing waiting on Infinity Home to do the job. I have found another company to do the work, but Infinity is going to keep my $2800 because the contract says that I have 3 days to cancel. That was March 18th, 2021 and today is July 28th. I got screwed.

Infinity was on time and did a great job. Everyone I dealt with were professional and courteous. When I had questions, I got answers. They cleaned up after themselves and left the premises cleaner than they were when they arrived. Pricing was fair and the results were great. I would recommend Infinity to anyone looking to improve their home.

We also had insulation of attic, but also downspouts replaced. Gentlemen that came to do each job was courteous, professional, and each person doing the given job left everything spotless. Much to our delight they also took measures to use face covering, as did we. Very happy with the whole process, from beginning to end. Stacy who came to the house to discuss the work needed was thorough, explained and answered all our questions. We are very happy with the whole process.

As a new home owner that required fast work that was cost effective, it was great to have Infinity Home Improvement quickly provide an estimate and have a competent expert onsite putting in my new basement windows. The price was competitive and the end product looks and works great. Would highly recommend.

Do Not hire them! The contract with Gutter Helmet was NOT satisfied. Salesman either did not know what he was talking about or gave misinformation to make the sale. He also told the installation department that I had said to eliminate the downspout even if the water goes over the edge. Terrible company to work with; Gutter Helmet is buckling and damaging my roof. We are going to court with this!
