I hired this company to install my front door. I have had to reschedule my apt twice. The first time was because they over booked the day and the next time was because the installer didnt get to his first apt until 11am, when he was suppose to be at my house between 9am- 11am. We did not receive a call saying the installer was not going to make it to our apt today, I had to call and ask where the installer was at at 11:30AM! this has been a very inconvenience for my family, we had to switch our schedules and take time off of work for them NOT to install our door!! I will NOT recommend this company to ANYONE!! Very unprofessional!

Very professional team, great follow up and great installation from William! No mess left over on time and work was completed on time. Will use this company on other home improvements no need to go anywhere else! Highly recommend Infinity! Jerry our salesman was wonderful to work with also and great follow up on his part

Besides the Gutter Install and Microscreen on Gutters, we had a metal roof installed on our house and garage. Also we recently had snow fences installed on our house roof too, along with the hookup for a heated gutter on the back of our house. The Salesmen and Installers were courteous, and they did a goo job, as far as we can tell. Yes, we would recommend this company to any of our friends or neighbors that would need their services.

My advise is not to use Infinity, Quality of work is poor and doesn't seem they care about the customer.

Response from Company:

We have been to this customer?s home three on separate occasions since the original install. The original complaint was solved on the first visit. Two inside corner screws were leaking in the gutter, we caulked and sealed them. This is the standard fix for leaky screws. The other complaints stem from existing conditions of the home that we advised the customer of on multiple occasions before and after the install. He has no desire to pay for those to be fixed. The last appointment was made in an attempt make the customer satisfied was set for December 2nd, the customer was not home. Our quality of work on this job is top notch given the circumstances. We are experts in this field, if a customer does not follow our advice, nor listen to reason in regards to a faulty roofline/fascia we cannot help them. No amount of new gutter is going to solve an existing problem when the problem lies in the structure itself. The customer?s statement that we do not care about our customers is untrue. We have sent a technician to his home on two separate occasions knowing that the problem was not in our install or product. We will continue to try and appease this customer, I fear short of removing the work we have done and doing some major construction on his existing roofline for free he will never ever be happy.
