I was very pleased with gutters. I was not pleased with the other work by Infinity.
They repaired and refinished our deck, a small straightforward project. Very expensive so I expected things to go smoothly but there were problems all the way. It took them four months to do a job that should have been done in less than four weeks. First they did the repair wrong and after many phone calls from me it took them weeks to return and fix that. Then each step of the project after that was delayed. They never returned phone calls. Whenever I was able to get through to them I got nothing but excuses and continued delays. When it was done they immediately charged my credit card without asking me and they refused to give a rebate. I would never use them again.
Complete waste of money. Extremely lousy job. Installed incorrectly from intake meeting. Paid double the price. No follow up. Do not use company.

Friendly and professional company. Explained alot about what they were doing, cause I really didn't know anything about insulation and ventilation.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They lied to me more than once, the first lie was by the salesman, he said they had their own contractors and they trained them. Not one of the contractors was theirs they were all subs, not all of them good. I had the wrong window ordered, another was broken in delivery. All 3 subcontractors were giving the wrong info. I would call for updates on why things werent happening as I was told they would, no call back for 2or3days. The call back would be as if I hadnt left a detailed and upset message. This was a $12,000. job it certainly should not have been a nightmare. And I thought a rebate was not unreasonable for all the grief, not happening and they got their money immediately. I know things happened and this is just the tip of the iceberg. So be warned.
