Write a ReviewNeeded a new bathtub and repairs made in the bathroom. Salesman is very pushy and wont take no for an answer... But thats alright because their product sounds like the best available and we needed to repair our floor and leaky tub. Their price was very high, but their product looked very good compared to other companies. So we picked out what we wanted and signed the contract. Next they send out their foreman to take final measurements. He suggested that we do some things differently than what the salesman wrote down.... No big deal, just some minor details. Then its time for the installer to come and put everything in. Takes two days... Not too bad. But the tub we got is not what we asked for. Its not what the salesman told us, and its not what he foreman told us. The spout is noticeable crooked, the shelves look crooked, the soap dish isnt installed properly so I always have wet, soggy soap. The shower head isnt what the foreman told me, the tub is not the design we picked out....the list goes on. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND INFINITY!!!! Over-priced, pushy salesman, they dont communicate with each other and they did not deliver what was promised.
The quality of the work could not be better. The work ethic was also outstanding. The price is probably a little on the high side but I feel like it was worth it.
Very caring, friendly workers.
I can't believe the amazing job they did.it is so much more than we ever expected.FANTASTIC!
THIS MATTER HAS SINCE BEEN RESOLVED. When we hired Infinity on 7/12/16, they were to install steel siding on our 40 x 60 bank barn. This is an 120+ year-old structure which was well-maintained over the years, and we have owned the farm since 1946. Although we had all the outbuildings painted about 15 years ago, it was time to install steel siding. Let me begin by saying that ALL our buildings, house included, are bright white with dark green roofs and trim. It was our intention to have that color combination maintained. When we met with the salesman on 7/12, we made it abundantly and unequivocally clear that we expected that "...what's white to be white, and what's green to be green." That green included vertical corners, the upper level sliding doors, the soffit and facia trimming the roof edge. When we noted there was no soffit and facia trim delivered with the siding and other trim materials, I called the salesman to ask why. He denied the soffit and facia were included in the "trim," and I reminded him of our detailed conversation before we signed the contract in which I specifically used the words "soffit" and "facia" as being included in the green trim. Remember? "What's white is to be white. What's green is to be green." Unfortunately, Infinity ordered the WRONG SHADE OF WHITE siding as well as not ordering material for the soffit and facia as expected. When the materials were delivered, the top piece of siding was bright white, so we reasonably expected the siding underneath to be the same color. It wasn't until I was returning to the house from the direction allowing me to see the side of the barn on which the installers had begun the project that I said to myself, "That doesn't look right." It was an "off white" which obviously did NOT MATCH our other buildings. I called the salesman the next morning. I had to leave a voicemail message because he had never gotten back to me about the soffit and facia trim. I did not receive a reply. Nor did I receive a reply to my follow-up call two days later. In the meantime, the installers continued the installation. To make matters even worse, the amount of siding ordered was insufficient to complete the peaks without "piecing" it, which is visually unappealing, especially since the end without any piecing is not the end we can readily see. Overall, the installers did a very good job, especially considering the weather conditions in which they had to work (extremely high temp and humidity). They were generally prompt, worked all during the hours of daylight, but were hindered for at least two days due to rain. Although the lift had been removed, they were determined to complete the installation even though they were faced with having to work from a ladder, which was by comparison extremely unsafe. If what they told my husband was true, they were vastly UNDERPAID for the quality of work they did as well. Infinity sent a man who we had not previously met to ou
Very pleased with the work done in both bathrooms. Like this contractor so much hired him to remode the kitchen.

The door is quite nice; both storm and inside door. It is just that it took 4 trips for the installer to get the storm door hung properly and to get a replacement lock that didn't work and then to be able to get the lock in the proper alignment with the door frame. It was a problem but the installer did make it right. They are nice doors but storm door needed more than a few adjustments before it was right. Also, when "Jamie" the rep that sold us the inside door, assured us that the original molding (inside frame) would remain and be able to stay intact. We have an antique house and we want to keep it as authentic as possible. When the installer arrived, and I left the room for a couple of hours, I came downstairs to find that there was a brand new and PLAIN door frame on the inner wall. I was furious, he was defensive - "It wouldn't have worked - door is too wide." Whatever. But, it regard to that, which was quite important to me, the salesman didn't really care to check on that before he assured us that it would be no problem, keeping the original molding. I guess he was too anxious to sell us these quite expensive doors. I did have co-operation but I must say, the delays in communication or lack thereof, were a problem.
I had a metal roof not asphalt shingles put on my home and garage. I was not notified that the materials were being delivered so when I returned home from going to town the delivery had been dropped directly in front of my garage. I was going out of state for 10 days and during that time the job was done. The gutter was suppose to be replaced but never was. I made several calls to the office but it still hasn't been resolved. I was told that the job would be inspected by a representative to make sure that the job was done correctly and it was necessary for the warranty to be in effect. I still have not had anyone come and inspect the job.
Would hire this company again i a heartbeat
