Eltina was here in Otsego and she was a sweet lady. Very informative, helpful and pleasant and helped set up another appointment with Drew. Its appreciative that Eltina come out after the job is done and make sure that everything went great and things were taken care off, means a lot to us. She made us happy. The crew was excellent. Very shady company wouldn’t recommend anybody to them.communication are very bad.won’t do repair after they get their money.don’t pay the people who referred the to you that’s one hundred dollars.

The team of Jesse and Joe that did the install were great. The project took longer than expected but they stuck with it and replaced a side exterior door in my home. Door looks great and no longer sticks. They guys are rock stars!

This is the most dishonest and inept company Iâ ve ever worked with. Our story begins in February 2023 when the saleswoman quoted us over $21K for ventilation and insulation. With that being much more than we could afford, we decided to do the ventilation, which came in at just over $11K. It still felt like a lot but these folks claim that they are experts in ventilation and insulation. After mix ups with incorrect and miscommunicated instal days, everything was finally completed in April. On instal days, when the contractors were asking us where they are cutting holes in our house and where things are supposed to be installed, we got concerned. When a task wasnâ t completed as it was written on the contract, we raised questions and asked for a refund. We received a partial refund only to be told â work was done.â After months of anger and then 7 weeks of continuously reaching out, we finally did receive our full refund (in November). I can honestly say, I was surprised we won this battle. I will give them credit for making this part right. However, there was a lot more that these â expertsâ didnâ t do well. Our home is a cape cod style home, so we have 2 separate attic spaces. The concern was the smaller of the 2 as there was very little, if any, ventilation in it. This attic space is at most (and this is stretching it) 200 sq ft. Our â expertâ salesperson told us this is what we needed: - 16 watt solar fan - 2, 31 ft edge vent - 2 gable vents These â expertsâ will tell you that their standard for ventilation is 1 square foot for every 150 square feet. As you can see, our â expertâ salesperson saw our inexperience and lack of knowledge with ventilation and took full advantage of us. Our â expertâ salesperson also failed to realize that our attic space is not well sealed from our living space, which can cause major energy loss with a solar fan. Weâ ve already seen a drastic change in how less comfortable our upstairs living space is, thanks to the â expertsâ at Infinity Home Improvement. Our upstairs living space was NOT cooler this summer, and so far it is much colder than the rest of the home as weâ ve entered cooler seasons. Weâ ve even had someone else do a little insulation since this escapade. Not to mention, they literally chopped up our home. It looks terrible. And this isnâ t even all of it that shows how dishonest and crooked this company truly is. It later came to light that there is a smaller solar fan that would have called for less ventilation, but that would have meant less money for this â expertâ ventilation and insulation company. When we brought all of this to their attention, James did what he could to fix it (full refund from the work that was not completed to contract) and offered to â sealâ our living space better. I do not want this company ever working on my home again. They had their chance to do the right thing the first time, and didnâ t. They also gave us a $200 gift card for â inconveniences caused.â This doesnâ t make up for our higher energy bills we will incur, nor the hideous nature of our roof. â ¨Something else that I find incredibly interesting is how much this companyâ s ratings have improved in the last 4-6 months. Especially considering our experience with them. Seems fishy. This company is a sales company. They are â expertsâ in sales and will take full advantage of any opportunity.

Did not get what we paid for, and after a year of calling them and getting nowhere, no call backs from the "right" people ... gave up.
