Thomas Twining sold us on Infinity Home Improvements to replace our deck boards with promising us completion in two weeks and a professional job. Little did we know that 2 years later we would still be waiting for our deck to be completed! We can never get through to customer service - it is automated and no one ever returns your call. They call to try and get more jobs and only then do you get to talk to a person and get transferred Devonta makes promises and schedules appointments that no one seems to know because no one comes out. Eric did come back last year to make a list of material needed to complete the job due to his short cuts. We are still waiting!!! It would get great to get the deck completed correctly, this year!

We contracted with this company on their evaluations and after an excellent salesman came to the house, It went down hill fast from there. We had all kinds of scheduling problems which included non returned phone calls and getting repeated promises of starting new work next week which never happened. This went on for a long time. We had the kitchen ceiling re plastered because of a water leak. This workman did good work. We also had Infinity put on a new flat roof to stop the leak. A crew member came for a half day and put on the new flat roof. It rained the next day and it leaked worse than it had at the beginning. We called asking for them to come fixed it. They did send a man to fix it. Next day it rained. Roof leaked again. Called them again and their answer the leak was not covered in our agreement. Our agreement was for a new flat roof which would no longer leak. Desperate to protect the new kitchen ceiling we hired another contractor who easily fixed it. It has not rained in since and we have had no problems. I would never hire this firm again because of their bad customer service and sloppy work. Reading their Home Advisor evaluations their seemed to be a severe drastic change in their good evaluations recently. It was a nightmare experience for us.
