He put in a new skylight. Very professional. Did think he was a little on the expensive side but it needed to be done. I would recommend him to my friends.

The installer was great. Did a very good job and was friendly. I made the mistake of paying for the job upfront and it took awhile to get them here. After checking around more there are other good companies out there that do not charge as much as them.

The quality of the cuts for the fit and finish on the metal sheeting is poor and the flashing looks questionable also and it has taken over 1 month to install. They ran out of cap material and had to order more and it will take over a week to get the rest of the material. The pile of material was dropped in front of a garage and has blocked access to it for the whole month. The original metal roofing crew leader quit part way through the project and the scheduler never communicated what was going on unless I called him. Poor communication after they have your money. Metal roofing is very expensive and I would have expected a better installation. The job included having a dormer built at the same time and Infinity put the tear off crew in charge of the build of the dormer. I had to call the owner in due to the tear off crew not being capable of correctly supporting exsisting structure.

Although Infinity is quite expensive, as with most things, you get what you pay for. I liked that the products were entirely Made in the USA! The installers were efficient and personable and gave me many good tips about maintaining my new bathroom fixtures. I would highly recommend them if you want a quality job.

The sales rep showed me how the downspouts could be reconfigured to send water away from a problem area in my yard where water would pool. I appreciate his attention to detail.

I actually hired them to put on a flat roof. The quality of the work was good but it was difficult to get the work order completed. I had several no call/no show days! I would only recommend if the time frame is "whenever they can get it done"!
