Crew showed up as scheduled and prepared to provide service. One mishap occurred where my table art was knocked over and the glass plate was chipped...we decided not to notify the company and will look to repair it ourselves. The worker was very apologetic

I had a few things that needed fixing around my house, namely a toilet, a closet door, and vertical blinds. Communication with them was a little rough at first (took a while to schedule a time and day), but once they came out, the experience was great. There were two young men, very professional and friendly. They were able to fix all my issues with the exception of two plumbing related things, but that was only because the one in charge didn't feel comfortable performing plumbing maintenance. I was glad he said something instead of trying to fix the problem, only to end up causing more problems. I was really satisfied and happy with their work, and would recommend them in the future.

This was the worst experience I have had with Angie's List companies. It took months to schedule and I was informed that '3 hours of handyman services' had turned into 11/2 hours with with two men. 'Deck repair' was specifically mentioned as one of their areas of expertise, yet they arrived without the appropriate screws. Not sure what the two of them did while I drove to Home Depot and tried to purchase the necessary supplies. They even had the nerve to mention buying extra time! I am hoping that Angie's List will dissociate themselves from this company, in the future

We were really excited about this deal and getting the air ducts cleaned in our new home. As soon as we purchased it we found so many deals for cheaper. I have no idea if the people did a good job or not because they left without letting us know. I think we had our ducts cleaned... there was some lint on the ground outside... but who knows! They were in and out in 45 minutes. Why are some duct cleaning services several hundred dollars and others significantly less?
