Reviews
Write a ReviewGreat! They were on time, quick, thorough and courteous.
The big deal was alright. They came and did what they were supposed to do. I didn't realize it was something that they just do from the outside, they don't even come inside the house. There was no additional charge on top of the big deal price of $55. They came out relatively quick. It wasn't a big thing that they did. They just come with a rooter, and stick it into the dryer vent from the outside, until it is inside the house. I thought they would come in and look at the dryer vent inside the house, but they don't.
showed up on time and did their job
It didn’t go too well. I didn’t get the certification I requested and I didn’t hear anything back about it. The guy came out and did a great job and was very personable and professional, though. The only issue is that they never responded with the certification and I’ve reached out twice about it.
Home Services Professional responded to my request immediately and worked around my schedule. Â The technician arrived at the agreed time and was courteous and professional. I was having problem with my dryer, clothes still damp even after prolonged drying. The technician cleaned the vent and repaired damaged dryer coil. I have been using the dryer now for 2 months and it now works perfectly.
This was a smooth transaction. Â The technicians arrived timely, performed the job quickly, and showed me digital photographs comparing the dryer vent before and after the cleaning. Â The technicians were perhaps a bit brusque, but it was not a big problem.
Awesome! The guys were super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and responded to every query and request. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family, as well as contact them in the future for similar work.
Company scheduled work between 8-10 on the above date. Company No call/no showed.
Called the evening prior to confirm the appointment. The driver called about 45 mins out to say he would be there. Arrived on time, clean, both professional with ID's as well. Performed the two hour job as quietly and cleanly as possible. There was no dust blown around my home AT ALL. The only "mess" if you will was metal shavings from the hole cut into my furnace that was not cleaned-up for which I was surprised they didn't vacuum-up since well, they had a vacuum they brought in my home. Could be a problem with pets or being barefoot. No a show-stopper though. My 31 year-old home smells a bit less "dusty/woody" if you will. My ducts were never really that dusty/dirty though. I have no regrets about having the job done. *****UPDATE ON SERVICE PERFORMED***** The below comments were emailed to Home Services Professionals on Angie's List Message Board the next day after I found some minor damage to my ceiling from the duct cleaning. I have yet to hear ANY response from them about my finding five days ago. Seems they are not interested in even responding. To whom is may concern: Per the above conversation, I asked for you to send-out your, "A-Team" to do my duct cleaning. The MAIN reason for this was so my home would NOT suffer damage from the cleaning. I posted an "A" review on Angie's list today after the work was performed. Today, I found marks on my eight-year-old Daughter's bedroom ceiling where the return vent was cleaned. I presume, since I spend quite a bit of time in her room and since I painted the ceiling myself a few years ago, that the marks are consistent with the stroke from the cleaning tools. I asked my Daughter about the marks a she said she didn't have any idea of how they got there only she noticed it this morning also. The marks are not very big or bad, just scratches and a larger "dig" mark in the drywall. None of the two guys here mentioned anything about marking or damaging anything either. It catches your eye when you first enter the room and requires me to paint the ceiling again or pay someone to paint it. This is an FYI. Please see attached picture which only shows the gouge mark above the vent. Update 03/09/15: After they did the work I had went downstairs and noticed that my ducts were not cleaned and I contacted the company to let them know and a woman from the company called a day later on February 10th to offer me a refund for the job, which I accepted. It's now been roughly a month later and I have yet to hear back from them in regards to my refund, which they are usually very prompt and good about returning emails and phone calls. I just want to get this taken care of and get the refund that I was offered a month ago.
They came out and were fast and efficient, arriving on time. They did a great job.
