Excellent job, excellent scheduling.  They were very flexible, even when I needed a last minute additional service.  I would and have strongly recommended them to everyone.  My dryer vent is working great!

The service went fine.  The guy came out took a sample and left.  Unfortunately, this company never provided me with the results. I tried contacting them through Angie's list once, but still no response.

The worker's called when they were near my home.  They arrived on time.  They weren't asked, but took their shoes off on the porch.  They got straight to work and were great as a team.   When finished, they gathered their materials, swept up small particles of lint, and left in less than 30 minutes.

Everything was fine. They came, did the job and left. The job turned out very well. I was very satisfied.

The Angie's List deal was $55 and the deal applied to only 1 dryer. This was clearly stated. I scheduled one through AL then called to see how much a second dryer would be. $45! The office called when the guys were delayed by a big accident on the beltway - very professional. They took before and after pics of the vents and gave me another $10 off because of the delay. The whole thing was really noisy, but they were finished in less than 30 min. They also measured the airflow before and after. I'd use this business again in a heartbeat!

They did a wonderful job. Very thorough and took their time to explain what they did. The technicians were polite and very efficient.

Everything went Great! I needed the latest possible appointment and thats exactly what I was given. The team of two arrived and within 20 minutes had finished the cleaning of my dryer vent.

These guys were great once they got here. Scheduling was the only issue that I had with them. It was hard to get them on the phone and all initial contact was via email. We scheduled times for them to come to both houses and they never showed up for the first appointment. They claimed they called the tenant to reschedule but he says he did not get the call. The tenant was upset by this but he too said that they were extremely courteous and professional once they made it to their rescheduled appointment. I had no issues with them and feel that they really cleaned the vents well which they documented with photos. I would definitely use them again.
