After an initial internal scheduling problem they got there and finished all duct work  in an hour. Great guys

Scheduling was easy, and Andrey and his assistant came at the scheduled time.  They were friendly, cheerful, and pleasant, eager to get to work.  They worked efficiently and did a great job.  Andrey generously answered all of my questions, even other house related things outside of the job they had come for.  I've been dealing with numerous contractors and lawn companies for over 15 years and it's not often that I am left feeling so happy and completely satisfied, as I had with this company.  They were refreshingly easy to deal with.  Also, I appreciated that they were kind and wanting to be helpful.

It went great.  We had had another company come do the dryer vent cleaning but the dryer was still running hot to the touch.  We bought a new dryer.  Still running hot to the touch.  We called the dryer manufacturer, who said the dryer vent needs to be cleaned.  We called the first company argued with them and they came back out.  Dryer still running hot.  We used Angie's list to get a different company  to clean the dryer vent which ended up being Home Services Professional.  Dryer is running fine now.  It went so well I had Home Services come back out to clean my duct cleaning.  We would definitely recommend them.

I bought a Big Deal from this business, $55 for a dryer vent cleaning. Scheduling was easy and all dealings with the employees (phone and in person) were very professional and kind. I will likely be a return customer the next time I need this service.

After initial miss communication regarding scheduling, they made every effort  to rectify the situation, came on Saturday, did a very good job and even gave us a free vent cover.

Good service.  The technicians were very courteous and careful with moving the dryer and removing the flexible duct to clean it.  They were very thorough, and cleaned from both inside the house and outside.  Then they took a picture inside the vent before and after so I could see the difference--what an improvement!  They also checked the air pressure in the dryer vent after cleaning to make sure it was good.

Overall everything went well, they were courteous We had to show them the  outside exit for chimney to make sure it got cleaned out and they almost missed it, but took care of it

I assume all the dirt went into their vacuum. The dryer works much better now and dries faster.
