Doctor Inspections

We originally scheduled them for a week after we moved in.  When our furniture arrived late and there were still boxes everywhere, we had to reschedule and they were very accommodating.  They arrived half an hour before their appointment, but luckily we were ready for them.  They were in an unmarked car with no identification, which made my wife a little uneasy.  They also missed a couple of vents and left one duct open when the flushed the vents, filling the area with dust.  They did clean up after that, but there was also dust all over our stove for some reason.  I was not home when they were here, but according to my wife they were "just all right".

They were a little late but communicated the whole time. They were professional and polite and service was good.

Service was as expected. Fast, affordable, and thorough. I would definitely recommend this service to my friends/family, and will be using them again in the coming years.

Scheduling was a snap with very professional and pleasant office staff, who also called the day before the service to confirm the arrival window. The technician arrived just a few minutes late, understandable as it was a holiday and rainy too, and was very apologetic about the delay.  He then proceeded with the cleaning quickly and efficiently, providing before and after pictures of the vent, and it's a long one.  He cleaned up the work area and was very polite throughout.  We are happy with the work and delighted with the value of the Deal.  We would definitely call on this company again.

The two men showed up on time,  brought in a ton of equipment and got down to work.  They were meticulous; all small bits of dirt and debris were vac'd.  The procedure was not especially fast but I think very thorough.  The men were well mannered and pleasant when they needed to speak with me, very professional.  Everything was returned to it"s position.   I have already recommended  them and will do so again. Very friendly. Came out to clean dryer vent. Took pictures before, during and after to show what was cleaned. Nice job, fast and efficient. I would use them again.

We were under the gun time-wise, purchasing a home.  This was the final item we had to check off before we could close.   We had a mold test done, so we knew what type and how much mold there was.  We called Andrey and explained the situation.  He met us the next day to give a quote and scope of work and two days later they started the project.  They had to remove drywall from two walls in the basement, tear up all carpeting, wipe down all areas in the basement and garage.  It was a ton of work.   Andrey promised they'd have it completed in one day and he and his team stayed until the wee hours of the night to accomplish this. The house was vacant, so it didn't Inconvenience us.  He has a team of young guys that are not afraid of hard work. Andrey came back the following day to do the final mold test, samples were sent to the lab and within a day we had our results and passed with flying colors! They were prompt, professional and great to work with!  We would HIGHLY recommend this company!

I got a dryer vent cleaning deal from Angie's List and Home Services Professional was the cheapest available.  The reviews were good so I thought I'd give it a shot.  All interactions were very professional and the scheduling person worked with a last minute change I threw into the mix.The technician came out a little bit late due to traffic.  That was not an issue for me.They did the work quickly and left.  I would definitely use them again for a future job and I recommend them for dryer vent cleaning services.
