It took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Came in the time window previously mentioned. They were very courteous and cleaned up afterward.

I am pleased with what they did but very disappointed that they did bot come prepared to do 2 major items that were originally on my list when I first contacted them. The main two items on my list were to stretch my upstairs carpet and caulk some areas in my kitchen ceramic floor. When they arrived I was asked what are the main items I want to make certain get done. I said to stretch the upstairs carpet and I was told that they didn't bring the supplies to do that job and the caulking would consist of a couple trips to Home Depot to match up the caulk color. I said these items were on my list that I sent them. He had no response. I would not have hired someone just for towel bars and to remove a TV. Very, very disappointed. Would not use them again as they ignored the list I sent.

This was the second time that I have used this company. Both times they have been very good and professional. They showed up a little bit behind schedule, but  with two handymen and were able to get more than I had expected done in the 3 hours of labor (1.5 for each handyman). They were very on top of it and completed one thing after another very fast doing them all well. We installed most of our curtains and blinds ourselves, the ones they installed were difficult and required drilling through metal. We are very happy with the work that they did. My only criticism would be that they seemed extremely swamped as they were a bit hard to get in touch with to verify the appointment time - their voicemail box was also full. The first time I used them they were very responsive during scheduling.

We purchased a handyman deal for 3 hours of work for $99. They did not respond to our contact through the Angie's list communication booking service. Their telephone voice-mail box was full and it took a long time to schedule them to come to our home. I knew they would charge us for any additional materials used during the visit, but $10 for some Spackle seems high to me. I'm not sure why they refused to repair the leaky faucet- "The faucet is too old" was the response after examining. They cleaned up after performing the work.

You should hire these guys. I purchased the deal for three hours of handyman service. They showed up and skillfully knocked out three projects rapidly; showing professionalism and patience as I made a mistake on instructions. They did it with skill. They are polite and considerate. They removed their shoes upon entering my house. These are young skilled guys with a new company who offered a great deal on Angie's list. The overwhelming demand they received led to scheduling delays which have caused mixed reviews. I have worked with three handyman companies off Angie's list and these were by far the best. One job in particular all other handymen could not fix, and they fixed it in 20 minutes. Do not hesitate to use them. I?ll be using them again.

HSP missed an appointment due to some problems with their scheduling system but made it up with the quality of work performed. To make for the missed appointment they were kind enough to perform a free inspection and cleaning of the drier duct.
