They wanted an easy job and clean out the dryer vent. They should me wrong work and did not know what they were doing. They were not professional.

I purchased this deal on Mar 15 and it took 2 months to schedule the appointment. Multiple emails and no response. After I scheduled the service on May 18, from 4 to 6, service provide calls me at 5 and tells me they are in Annapolis, an hour away from my house and something about rescheduling again. Anyway I told them I wanted a full refund and stop playing games. Also called the Credit Card company to report this incident and refund of the $175 in case the service provider does not honor the request.

They were about 5 minutes late but he called ahead of time to let me know and that was fine. He was very apologetic when he called me on the way. The work was done well. He really made sure that he kept the house clean while he was doing the work. I needed an extra something and because he was late, he went out and got it from his truck. I thought that was very customer friendly. Overall, he really did a great job for me.

This is a young company, about a year old and the owner of the company and another gentleman did the work for me. I found them to be motivated, skilled perfectionists and professional in every way. They got the jobs done in the time allotted. They were punctual, arrived in the agreed upon time frame. I would highly recommend their services and would definitely hire them again.
