They didn't show up the day they were scheduled to be here. Â When the end of the time window passed, I called the company to ask if they were still coming. Â Turned out they had forgotten to put me on the schedule (this is the reason for my C rating on punctuality). The woman I spoke to was very apologetic and I could tell she was embarassed - she remember speaking with me and scheduling the appointment. Â She offered to reschedule at my next earlier convenience. Â We rescheduled, and they showed up on time and refunded my $55 for the inconvenience without my even asking for a financial consideration. Â The 2 guys who did the work were polite and they showed me a photo of the inside of my vent before and after the cleaning. Â Service didn't take long - but a warning: if you've never had this done before, it is NOISY. Â Plan accordingly.

I'd asked them, prior to arrival, if they'd ever put a swing set together and they said yes. Â This is a $500 swing set, so it isn't that large. Â When they arrived, they said it should take an hour or 90 minutes. (They are paid by the hour, not the job) It took them a little over 5 hours!!!! Â We were so disgusted! It took two people way too long to put this together, considering they claimed they had done this before. Â Technically, only one handyman was working for the first hour and a half, but still....

The work was fine. They did have to reset their agreed on date of appointment. No complaints, although the wall sanding was not great.

Andre did a great job. Scheduling was easy, he was punctual, polite and did very good work. I would use him again for any handyman job.
