JDL provided three options, explained each one vey well, and came in substantially lower on price on the same and comparable equipment than the others. Furthermore, the presentation, supporting material, and follow up was so much more professional and transparent than the others. "EVERYONE WAS CUSTOMER SERVICE-ORIENTED AND TECHNICALLY COMPETENT. THIS BEGAN WHEN THE ESTIMATOR PROVIDED A FULL PACKET OF COMPANY DATA FROM THE GET-GO. THE WORKERS DID NOT RUSH TO GET THE JOB DONE BUT WERE NOT POKEY, EITHER. THEY INSTALLED A QUALITY SYSTEM AT A FAIR PRICE AND EVEN COORDINATED WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY IN ARRANGING DIRECT PAYMENT. NO ONE LIKES TO GO THROUGH THE HASSLE OF ESTIMATES AND TRYING TO JUDGE WHO'S TELLING THE TRUTH OR THE HALF-TRUTH. THESE FOLKS WERE A CUT ABOVE ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES I DEALT WITH.
