The process went smoothly. They were on time. Did complete vent inspection, made some suggestions that I appreciated. Â Dryer that was not drying is now drying clothes. Â The dryer is 30 years old!!

guys were friendly and courteous.......but supposedly in order to do the job they had to put yet another large rectangular hole in one of our ducts. the problem being is that there was already a large hole in a duct from a previous cleaning 2 years before by another company. plus there were several small round holes (12) from previous cleaning this company said they couldn't use those holes for their service but needed to cut out more holes in different spot. don't know why this had to occur as "air duct cleaning" is "air duct cleaning". same method/access should be used by all contractors regardless. don't think we will ever have our air ducts "cleaned" again! the tricky thing is that nothing is mentioned about having to cut/drill holes in your air ducts by any of these companies when buying and scheduling this service. also they don't even tell you( nor ask you) they are going to do this when they start the job. It's a shocker!
