Reviews
Write a Reviewall went well
They were very nice young men. The deal called for 2 men for 1.5 hours or 1 handyman for 3 hours. Two of them showed up while one worked if that's what you'd call it, the other one simply held a flashlight on his phone. The task was to put 1X1 underneath our farmhouse sink for support and to attach the disposal. They both left for 35 minutes and stated that they needed supplies and came back with a 1x1 in which we already had those in our garage. they drilled the one on each side, attached the drain hose to the disposal and when I turned it on while they were there it no longer worked. The sink leaks, the 35 min that it took for them to grab the 1x1 was deducted from the 1.5 hour. They said that I would still need to see a plumber and that I technically could have done that myself. they stated that they wouldn't charge any extra because "all we did was drill two 1x1s in and offer some advice". I wouldn't have given them any extra because they worked all of 5 minutes. nice kids, but I wouldn't use them again. I prefer someone with experience under their belt, maybe in 20 years
The young men that came were very nice and informative, and got straight to work. Â The only issue that I had was the dirt/grime that was left on my floors around the vents and the pebble left in my dryer vent which didn't get vacuumed out (oversight but nothing big).
Great service - Were professional, efficient, respectful of keeping the rest of the house clean. They provided pictures and showed me at the end the before and after of the vents.

It turned out very well. They were really nice and it was very good results. There were additional charges for when the time was up on the Big Deal which was just fine.Â

nice guys and did good work
It worked out well.
From the beginning the company  did not respond to phone calls. I left many messages to schedule the initial appointment. Spoke with several people who gave me a cell number to call, but  no one answered. I wondered if business was legitimate. I was later told they were having personnel problems. We were asked to submit a list of projects for 2 men to work on within a 90 minute time frame. Andrey and a helper came to do the requested work. The door sweeps were installed nicely, 2 of the 3 doors were shaved to close properly with Andrey also adjusting the face plates. The 3rd door was botched. Shaved unevenly and too much of the door was removed leaving an unsightly gap when the door is closed.  I spoke to Andrey about this door and he admitted that he used an electrical plane that took too much off the door.  He resisted returning, stating he did over $600 worth of work in our home. This is hard to comprehend. We bought the Angies Deal for 99.00 with 2 men and gave a list of handyman items to do whatever could be completed within the allotted time. That was the deal we purchased. Andrey eventually said he would fix the door and make it right, however he will not come back to Baltimore until he has another job in the area, stating he operates out of Millersville, MD and it costs him too much money on gas to travel to Baltimore.  He then agreed to call back last Friday, July 17th after we talked earlier that week. He knew we were holding off on writing review as we wanted to give him the opportunity to resolve the issue first. It is now Saturday July 25th and we have not heard from him.  Picture enclosed of the door.
