They arrived on time, set up quickly and started there process. They hooked a machine up to the main return duct by the furnace. It had HEPA filters to contain the dust that would be collected from all the process. They turned on the machine and it began to suck the duct work clean. The went to the return ducts on each floor and vacuumed any heavy dust with a shop vac. The next went to each register in a room and sealed off the ones they were not working on and blew any loose material into the duct work to be suck up byy the big machine by the furnace. They proceeded thru the entire house using this process. The guys were friendly and answered any questions I had, such as, why didn't they pull the registers on each duct connection. They explained that the method they use did not require removing and reattaching the registers. I was happy with the way they cleaned up after themselves and how quickly the completed the job. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their vents cleaned.

Very well. Â I've had the hvac ducts cleaned in the past by other contractors and these guys were more thorough with better equipment. Â I had another zone in the house and they were very honest and said it didn't need to be cleaned even though they could make more money.

The service was good. He came in, did his job, and left. It did not take them very long to complete the job. It took them less than an hour. That was a good experience.

To say perfect is not giving them credit. They worked extremely hard and ensured that they did not make a mess. It was a tough dirty job, but they attacked it like professionals and would not leave until it was completely finished. In a heartbeat I'd hire them again.
