I bought the online deal for dryer vent cleaning. On April 4, 2015, I informed HSP that I was moving at the end of the month and gave them 3 selected dates to make the appointment (April 8, 10 and 13). HSP assured me that they would get back to me with an appt. and requested my address and phone number. I replied with the requested information on April 6, 2015, and then did not hear back from them. On April 17, 2015, I contacted them and let them know I never heard back from them about an appt. They replied by saying they were overwhelmed with orders for the dryer vent cleaning service and would be setting up my appt. soon, along with many apologies. However, I never heard from them again. I was pressed for time to get this done since I would soon be going to closing on my house and would have to deal with the movers after that, so I was not happy that they were stringing me along instead of just saying they were not able to do it in the first place. Thankfully, they never charged me the $59, so I did not have to worry about trying to get a refund. The fact that this company was not able to better handle the sudden influx of orders is not a good sign to me. If you are getting more orders than you can handle, you have to stop the flow at some point. I have no idea about their services, because I never got the chance to use them, but if the management is bad then, in my opinion, there is definitely something wrong there.
