The sent a two man crew as was discussed on the phone with the scheduler.   I expected that they would split up and start the work in the separate areas of the house.  I will admit that I probably had more stuff than what they could accomplish in the 1.5 hours.   Note, I bought the handyman 3 hour special for $99.00 which is 2 guys for 1.5 hours each.   Well, when the guys first arrived and I went over what all I needed done I could tell they were already a bit tired and not as excited about the work as I was.  And instead of separating and one guy work on the shelving in the garage and one do they items in the house, the lead guy insisted the work in the garage was a "two-man" job.   It was only hanging the Rubbermaid shelving tracks.   The two-man part of the work was holding the level. Frankly my mom and could have done the job and accomplished it in the time it took them but I thought they would be more experienced and move with a bit more speed than us.   Also, the primary items I had to have done was the tv in my boys room and the shelve in the bathroom.  It took them so long to do the shelves in the garage I had to pay the $175.00 to get the last two items hung. And it took them an hour to hang those two items. I will say they did a good job.  My suggestion would be to manage customer expectations better over the phone during scheduling.   I just had a number of things I needed and I guess I thought they could have worked faster.   I've since gone through and completed nearly the rest of the work myself.

The technicians arrived early in the appointment window, with a courtesy call beforehand as promised. The two technicians were very professional and courteous. They performed the dryer vent cleaning very quickly and cleaned up completely. My dryer is working so much better now, the drying time is cut in half now. I highly recommend this company!

  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
