Doctor Inspections

I bought a Big Deal for air duct cleaning, and was shocked to see them using a shop vac to clean the ducts. Usually there is special equipment used when cleaning the vents. I had to leave for a doctors appointment before they finished the job, and when I got home, I found that there was a fine dust all over the kitchen and computer room. I have yet to check the other rooms in the house. I called and spoke with the owner of the company as well as their office manager and they were both very rude. In addition to the dust in my house I was insulted and hung up on by the owner of the company as well as lectured by the office manager concerning my review.

Two young men who were very polite and professional arrived on time and cleaned dryer vent. I was very satisfied and pleased with the service and would recommend this company to others.

They arrived promptly , took before and after camera shots of the dryer vent, and showed me the results of their brushing and vacuuming of  the site.  It looked quite clean and I am no longer worried about a lint fire.

The guys were very friendly and courteous and a great job.  They were flexible in scheduling the appointment as it's hard to find companies that have evening hours on a weekday.  They also took before and after pictures of the vents to show the difference with the cleaning.  Would definitely recommend and use again!

First, the gentlemen / owner of this business was polite and generous. We purchased a single mold test and he did 2 additional samples out of kindness. That being said; the results we got back simply identified a strain of mold found in our house. We did not get the following valuable information, and were forced to go elsewhere for an actual mold inspection. - No test of humidity to see how persistent the problem may be - No examination of air ducts, and similar "obvious" mold places (given the condition of the space, this appeared to be a no-brainer). - No examination or recommendation for the upstairs of the house. - No examination or recommendation for the attic of the house. The report we got back gave us an arbitrary "medium" risk evaluation, with no data, and no information to explain what a medium risk actually was.  When we called another inspector, we got all of this information, and we learned just how serious, significant, and pervasive our mold problem was. Had we gone with this particular vendor, I'm nearly positive the mold would have been barely addressed (despite a multi-thousand dollar eye ball estimate); hidden, and would likely reappear several years later. All in all, the service was lackluster, below expectations, and several days late. Did we get what we paid for? Sure. Was it useful? Nah. Will I seek help from this vendor again? Definitely not.
