"Mr. Townsley does quality professional work at a fair price. The first job he did for me was painting my house which included power washing the house, replacing some damaged cedar siding, priming and finally painting the entire structure. His strongest attribute is paying extreme attention to detail. The second job was refurbishing a metal porch and steps. The most challenging part of this task was stripping off old paint, custom fabricating risers for the steps and painting. Again his attention to detail prevailed. "Garret Thompson was polite, listened to my issues, and replaced my garage door opener and more. My opener was 30+ yrs old and not only did Garret replace the opener but noticed the 30+ year wiring and replaced it also so as not to have any fire hazards. "This was a gazebo roof replacement. Shingles were covered with moss and 5 of the 8 panel edges were wet rotted. Repairs required 4 or 5 sheets of 3/4" plywood and 2 X 4 supports be replaced before the new shingles could be installed. The roof pitch is very steep and slippery under the removed shingles. All of this required slow, careful work that Robert tackled himself, not a group of subcontractors. The finished work was exactly what I contracted for and I am completely satisfied with the quality and appearance of the job. Robert and Casey were a great team and displayed excellent people skills.in my interactions with them, which was daily. Their price was fair and there were no shortcuts or compromises in the materials or the craftsmanship. I highly recommend Storm Ready Exteriors."
