"During our extended summer our AC unit decided to act up. I was at a lost as to who to call and a friend of mine recommended JDL HVAC. when I called Joe answered the phone "listened to every word I said patiently" and made an appointment. Joe called 15 minutes prior and arrived early, he then diagnosed the problem. We sat down and he explained exactly what the problem was and what was needed to repair it and gave me an estimate. Afterwards he went right to work and surprisingly charged me below what he estimated which was very surprising. I have never had that happen before and he was willing to schedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule.. Joe followed up a couple of days later by calling and asking if we were satisfied with the service. Joe has outstanding listening skills and didn't treat me like the layman on the topic that I actually am - When I commented on that he said "its imperative to listen to the customer pertaining to what they are experiencing" - based on the above JDL HVAC is the only company I will use in the future - :they spoiled me" Carlton Tucker - very happy customer"

Basement Gurus was comparable in both value and price to the others but we ultimately chose BG because of the salesman, Philip, who made us feel safe and taken care of like family. He walked us through everything so we knew exactly what to expect. The staff that showed up were so kind. They did a great job and kept us informed throughout the process. They had an opening a week sooner than our scheduled date so was able to complete the project sooner than expected. They cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't even tell that concrete was hauled out and all the work that was put in. "I contracted with this company for a patio with pavers. They did a fantastic Job. I loved it so much that I asked them to do 3 sidewalks with the same pavers. Then I asked about my pool. I wanted something to make my above ground pool look appealing. With the suggestions made (absolutely no pressure, just ideas) I ended up having a deck built on. It is a 32 x 10 deck with a Pergola in the center. It is beautiful. Because this was so awesome and the quality of work was fantastic, we now have the Fascia board on our house replaced with an addition of Soffits. It is beautiful and maintenance free. This company will be installing new gutters this week. 7th State Builders do it all. Their motto is If you can dream it, we can build it. This is so very true. I love All of the work and the crews are polite and clean up completely when finished with each job. I will be having a new addition built soon."

"This was a great experience. I called to have fixtures in my bathroom and kitchen replaced. They came to my house within 30 minutes, gave me an estimate, offered to do the work right away, went to the hardware store to pick up parts I did not have and did a very thorough clean up when the work was finished. They made sure plumbing was brought up to code in my old house (built in 1905). They worked quietly and efficiently. The work was done a week ago and everything seems to be in working order.
