Job was completed in a timely manner. Tech was very knowledgeable and very, very good at what he does. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review was due to the fact I had to pay $199 for the tech to tell me I needed a new receiver for the TV/surround system to work, which was about a 15 minute job. Bought a new receiver through their company and had it installed a few days later and had to pay an another $199 (which I totally understand). In my opinion they are a good and reliable company but their service fee to diagnose problems should be based on time instead of a non negotiated flat fee.

Unfortunately, since we do not charge trip charges, we have a 1 hour minimum charge for diagnosing system issues. It speaks to the quality of our service that we were able to identify the problem quickly and institute a solution that solved that problem.

Very pleasant experience. Wayne was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and got the job done better than I could have expected. I would consider him "one of my guys" as a person to count on and trust when I need AV help. Reasonable with his pricing and thankful for his quick response to my initial request. 5 star all the way.
