The entire team was excellent from the original quote to the installed security system. While I'm still in the process of becoming acquainted with the system, it is easy to use and any questions that have arisen have been immediately answered. I've elected to use the monitoring service and having access to the system via the cell phone is a huge plus.

This customer is utilizing our proprietary "Self-Monitoring" feature, which allows a customer to monitor their own system, receive all system notifications, and remote control their system from anywhere in the world, using their smartphone, tablet or computer. This eliminates the need for a traditional monitoring service, costing 4 or 5 times as much for similar service. There is no-log term contract and the monthly fee is only $15.00.

I cancelled a remote control and they refuse to give my money back. They will not answer their phone or return my messages. They are dishonest and should be put out of business. They owe me $199.00. I will go after them anyway I can.

This customer was serviced and we connected his Home system. At that time he was very pleased with our service and ordered a remote to consolidate his remotes into one. When his remote came in I called and left a message and did not hear back. Subsequently our office was closed for a few days for company vacation and upon returning I this review awaiting me. I have since spoken with the customer and resolved the issue and he has agreed to retract his review.
