Made the 1st appointment -5 hrs. late. Materials needed. Made 2nd appointment and confirmed 3 days later with the owner. -7 hrs. late. "must have been a mix-up." I reminded them that I had confirmed and the owner had replied that it was "in the book". No comment from owner. No apology. I asked for a small discount because they had shelved my appointment for a job 2 hours out of town! They laughed.

Although we strive to please everyone, unfortunately this customer was not happy with our service. Her first appointment was a quick spur of the moment service call in between other d work, which we did gratis to help her out. The second delay happened when we could not confirm she was home prior to dispatching technicians to the appointment, so it was re- d later in the day. Her request for further service was certainly more than a "small discount", and as previous reviews , we are prompt for appointments.

I was clueless about who to contact for my phone connection problem, but the person who showed up quickly assessed the situation and had my land line up and running again in less than an hour. He was courteous and professional. I will definitely recommend Audio Video Technologies to others.

Excellent!!! They did a top notch job & I was even able to go to work while they were at my home unsupervisied and everything was exactly perfect when I returned. I will call them for future projects & the cost was reasonable & well worth the money!!
