Arrived on time. Knew what they were doing. Very efficient. Price less than quote. First rate in every respect.
They must have been verybusy. ALL the admin/supervisory attempts to communicate were botched. Did not return 5 phone msgs. and cancelled my 1st appt. without notifying me. I scheduled 2nd appt., & the installer was dispatched at wrong time. Also the 2nd appt. was scheduled for 3 hours, but the installer was told I had one-hour. So installer was under lot of stress to stay on schedule after mine. Hence he did mediocre job under the stress ? should otherwise have realized he could setup 23" TV w/ Roku player to Netflix & Hulu, but I was left w/ no TV service on 23" TV.
This customer is more than 2 hours from our office, but we agreed to perform service without a trip charge. 1st appointment was cancelled because customer called after hours the night before her appointment and requested additional equipment be purchased. We were unable to reach her to clarify what she prior to d appointment. At the subsequent appointment, customer surprised technician with additional work that was not originally d, which she done. He was not able to stay to perform additional un d work if he was going to keep appointments with other customers.
