Had installed my own antenna, but was not getting many channels after turning it numerous adjustments on the roof. Called them to fix problem. All the two technicians did was keep adjusting the antenna while telling me how much better the one they sell and install works. Also said that several things, including my TV, might be the problem, but did not seem to want to anything. So, for the $75 "service" call, they left with me getting fewer channels. Spoke to the owner, who would do nothing about adjusting the price for no "service" Someone else took care of installation problem Now ok
This customer had installed their own antenna, but it was not working properly. We came out to troubleshoot We found that the mount they installed was allowing the antenna to spin in the wind, due to improper install. We recommended a solution and they declined, stating they would take care of it themselves. We charged $75.00 for 1 hour for two technicians. Customer was trying to get a professional to troubleshoot for free and then implement the solution themselves. I am not sure what they expected. Our techs have to get paid for troubleshooting. If they had allowed us to solve, the service fee would have been included in the repair.

Great job and the antenna is working as planned. No more inside antenna or temptation to get cable. Lack of availability on Tuesdays, and close of office hours after 4:00 pm created some scheduling/communication probelms. In the end I was very satistifed and would recommend them.
My goal was to have a better surround sound system and streaming video. After efforts by the installers, Wayne came the next day and finally make an internet connection after calling LG. He left me with the unit downloading from Netflix. That crashed and I was not able to reconnect. The surround sound amplifier sounds like popcorn popping, so I am not using it. After $1600 of new equipment and $400 of service charges, nothing is functioning properly. I left messages with Wayne repeatedly to please repair the system. Nothing!
It is unfortunate when customers choose to ignore our advice in favor of the big box store sales staff and spend money that is ill-spent. In order to save a few dollars in labor, this customer purchased wireless rear speakers form an unnamed retail store for her surround sound and they do not interface with her receiver correctly, thus the popping noise. Additionally, she refused to get her own WiFi service, choosing instead to continue "borrowing" the neighbors connection for her streaming. We do not ignore customers, but when they continue to blame their decisions on us and refuse to listen to reason they leave us with no way to help them.
I was very impressed with the work they did. I have a system in a built in setting & there is no way I could have done the work. They replaced broken optic lines & set-up my DVD for streaming. I think the way they set it is better than what the company I purchased it from. I will definitely pass their name on to anyone seeking service!
The original request was for a TV wall mount AND connecting a sound system. The TV mount was done expertly. The men were courteous and efficient. However, the sound system does not work properly. Phone calls are not returned. The cost for the work was $125/hour.
This customer has an existing sound system that is not compatible with their TV, as their TV does not have an appropriate audio output. We also programmed their universal remote for use, as well as mounting their TV and the total bill was $125.00. We have spoken with customer multiple times to help them understand the issue, but they are not willing at this time to spend the money needed to fix the problem.
The antenna Wayne suggested is working just as he promised. 26 channels OTA! No more rabbit ears! Wayne contacted me immediately after i requested information and scheduled installation to fit my schedule. On the scheduled day, the installers called to say they could come earlier and that they could arrive within the hour - and they did. They explained how the antenna worked and quickly installed it and checked to insure that all was working. Wayne called while they were at the house to confirm that all was well and that I was satisfied. His immediate communication was much appreciated.
